The City of Prague offers for rent residential premises in the building Řetězová 222/3, Prague 1 with a total area of 573.10 m2. The leased premises include 8 apartments. The House of the Lords of Kunštát and Poděbrady is one of the most important and best preserved historical monuments in Prague. This building is an immovable cultural monument, registered in the Central List of Cultural Monuments, and is located in the Prague City Heritage Reserve, which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1993. The premises include: Reception with facilities located on the ground floor, which is not subject to lease, its use is contracted. Apartments on each floor: 1st floor: 3+kk with an area of 62 m², 1+kk with an area of 43,50 m², 2+1 with an area of 112,70 m². 2nd floor: 3+kk with an area of 67 m², 1+kk with an area of 43,70 m², 2+1 with an area of 118,10 m². 3rd floor: 1+kk with an area of 52,50 m², 2+kk with an area of 73,60 m². There is a strict no smoking policy in the house and there are strict contractual conditions for the use of the apartments. The tenant is not allowed to carry out any structural alterations.
