The City of Prague, represented by Trade Centre Praha, a.s., announces its intention to lease, through a tender procedure, business premises (non-residential premises No. 222 according to iDES – garage parking space) with an area of 13 m2 in the basement of building No. 747, Jungmannova 28, Prague 1, which is part of plot no. 647, cadastral area Nové Město. Viewings can be arranged with the contact person, see "contact". Leasing in the form of a tender procedure using the lease bid form, which is published with the advertisement on the TCP website. Bids submitted in any other way than using this form will not be accepted. One of the main criteria is your proposed rent amount excluding services, which must be at least equal to the last rent achieved.
