The Prague 4 Municipal District has decided to announce its intention to lease this vacant non-residential space for use as a garage, for a minimum rent of CZK 100/m²/month excluding VAT, i.e., CZK 1,670/month excluding VAT. The current VAT rate is added to the price. The left side of a double garage on parcel no. 1041/2 in the courtyard of the building at Viktorinova 1210/8 is being leased, with access from Bohuslava ze Švamberka Street.
