The Prague 4 Municipal District has decided to announce its intention to lease this vacant non-residential space for use as a tattoo studio, or for other purposes in accordance with the zoning plan, provided that the tenant arranges for a change in the intended use of the space at their own expense*, for a minimum rent of 200 CZK/m²/month, excluding VAT. The non-residential space is in good condition. It is not possible to install a bathroom in the space. The space includes a toilet, sink, kitchen unit, two-burner stove, instant water heater, and electric space heater. The applicant is required to provide proof of a valid business license. Repairs to the leased property or the rectification of any defects discovered during the lease term shall be carried out or remedied exclusively at the tenant’s expense, without any entitlement to reimbursement of reasonably incurred costs. The applicant agrees to maintain the leased property at their own expense for the duration of the lease.
