The Prague 4 Municipal Council has decided to publish its intention to lease parcel no. 2848/681, consisting of a built-up area and courtyard, along with building no. 1402 at Hlavní 141 (a community facility), all located in the Záběhlice cadastral area, Prague 4, for use in accordance with the zoning plan. The community facility consists of two levels—the ground floor and the basement. Part of the ground floor houses the Prague 4 Municipal Information Center (52.5 m²). A condition of the lease is that this facility be maintained. The basement contains technical facilities, a storage room, a dressing room, a stage, and the lower portion of the hall, which extends into the first floor. The ground floor contains a hall (auditorium) with a capacity of 253 seats and other spaces listed in this lease proposal. The building requires a complete renovation of the interior spaces, specifically to restore heating (which was previously disconnected from Pražská teplárenská, a.s.); currently, only an electric boiler for heating the information center is installed on the premises. There are no sub-meters, and none can be installed. The building has large, substandard glass storefronts and is not insulated. Furthermore, it is necessary to repair the ventilation system, electrical wiring, projection equipment and room, clean the seats and carpets, repair the restrooms, etc.
