The Prague City Hall announces its intention to lease, through a competitive bidding process, commercial space No. 104 (according to iDES) with a total area of 62.87 m², located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the building at No. 382, Na Můstku 4, which is part of parcel No. 477, cadastral area Staré Město, municipality of Prague. Bids must be delivered in person, in a properly sealed envelope marked with the words “tender – Na Můstku 382/4,” no later than June 10, 2026, to the submission point, which is the reception desk of the Prague City Hall, Mariánské náměstí 2, Prague 1, by the end of the reception desk’s visiting hours. Bids delivered later or to a different submission point will not be evaluated.
