The Prague 3 City District is offering for rent an attractive commercial space intended for use as a café serving light refreshments. The café is located in the architecturally distinctive basement of the city hall building at Havlíčkovo náměstí 700/9, Prague 3 – Žižkov, and forms part of the Prague 3 City District Office gallery. The space, with a total area of 89.49 m², is situated on the first basement level of the historic building. Thanks to its irregular layout with vaulted ceilings and arches, it offers a pleasant atmosphere with a distinctive character, suitable for café operations as well as gatherings of visitors to the gallery and the municipal office. The lease includes a bar counter, service area, preparation room, restrooms, and basic café furnishings, including fixtures (wooden tables, benches, and chairs) and technical equipment (microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher). Tenants will also be permitted to use the inner courtyard for seasonal outdoor seating equipped with garden furniture (iron tables and chairs). The space is intended exclusively for operating a café and serving light refreshments. It is not approved as a restaurant; therefore, it is not possible to prepare hot meals here, only to reheat them.
