The Prague 4 Municipal District has decided to announce its intention to lease this vacant non-residential space for use as offices or for other purposes in accordance with the zoning plan, provided that the tenant arranges for a change in the intended use of the space at their own expense. The space is in poor technical condition. It contains a gas boiler for central heating (requiring inspection, maintenance, or replacement) and a water heater (requiring replacement). The space is unfurnished and lacks interior doors, but the plumbing is prepared for the installation of kitchen cabinets. It is necessary to inspect the electrical wiring (install a distribution panel, arrange for an inspection) and the plumbing, repair any defects, issue inspection reports, and repaint the space.
