Lease of commercial space—Commercial Space No. 1 in the “Prague 12 City Hall” building. Purpose of the lease: to conduct administrative activities. The lease of the commercial space includes the option to lease 1 parking space in a gated outdoor parking lot for an annual rent of 14,000 CZK, excluding VAT (Leasing the parking space is not a condition for leasing the commercial space.) Conditions for concluding the lease agreement: · Submission of a bid in accordance with the conditions specified in the notice of intent · Deposit of a security deposit equal to three times the monthly rent · Operating hours for Commercial Space No. 1: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. The commercial space offered—Commercial Space No. 1—is located on the 1st floor of the “Prague 12 City Hall” building, in the entrance lobby to City Hall.
