Parameters of non-residential premises: floor area (according to the DSPS project): 17,3 m² non-residential premises after reconstruction within the revitalization of the Prague Embankments approved as the background of the café equipment: air conditioning (recuperation), LED lights, electric boiler for floor heating, electric boiler for hot water heating. Dungeon No. 20 is a non-residential space located in the high embankment wall of the Dvořák Embankment, located in the stretch between the Čech Bridge and the Štefánik Bridge. The entrance to the dungeon is provided by the main double steel door. The entrance to the interior leads into the main room of 12.1 m², marked as the café's back room. On the right hand side there is a separate technical background of the dungeon area and a technical background for controlling other technologies. The entrance to the technical background on the right side provides access to a room with a cleaning area, a water meter set and 1x toilet for employees. Another entrance to the technical background on the left side is the accessible technical background area, which houses an electric hot water boiler, boiler, switchboard and fuse box. This is an uninsulated space with high energy consumption. According to the manual in Annex 5, the temperature must be maintained at 18℃ all year round and ventilated at all times (24/7). The minimum electricity consumption in the heating season (7 months) for the required space temperature is 9,000 kWh. With regard to the design, the operating manual (maintenance and polishing of metal and stainless steel elements) in Annex 5 must be strictly followed.
