The Prague-Suchdol Municipal Council announces its intention to lease non-residential premises with a total area of 73 m2 on the raised ground floor of the town hall building at Suchdolské nám. 734/3 for the purpose of operating a café, which may also be combined with elements of a pastry shop, bistro, and wine bar with evening service, depending on the space available. Scope of the premises: café (2 rooms: 41.8 m2 + 14.9 m2), back room, hallway, storage room, 3 toilets, separate storage room (2.4 m2) in the basement of the building. The premises are not approved for the preparation of hot meals. The café is equipped with ventilation and air conditioning.
