Lease of commercial space—Commercial Space No. 1 in the “Prague 12 City Hall” building. Purpose of the lease: to conduct administrative activities. The lease of the commercial space includes the option to lease 1 parking space in a gated outdoor parking lot for an annual rent of 14,000 CZK, excluding VAT (Leasing the parking space is not a condition for leasing the commercial space.) Conditions for concluding the lease agreement: · Submission of a bid in accordance with the conditions specified in the notice of intent · Deposit of a security deposit equal to three times the monthly rent · Operating hours for Commercial Space No. 1: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. The commercial space offered—Commercial Space No. 3—is located on the 1st floor of the “Prague 12 City Hall” building, in the entrance lobby to City Hall. The space will be available for rent starting July 1, 2026. All additional information is provided in the attachments to this proposal.
