The Prague 4 Municipal District has decided to announce its intention to lease this vacant non-residential unit for use in accordance with its approved occupancy permit, i.e., as a restaurant. The applicant is required to specify the proposed rent in the application—the monthly rent for the non-residential space, excluding VAT (CZK/m²/month). The building is managed by the Owners’ Association. A complete renovation is required, particularly of the electrical wiring and ventilation systems (depending on the intended use—hot or cold kitchen), and possibly an inspection of the waste risers (in cooperation with the Owners’ Association).
